True North Learning has developed an Organisational Health Survey to measure an organisation's capacity in each of the Eight Pillars of Organisational Health.
 
The use of the survey:
  • Assists in the identification of performance gaps and allows us to design programs and generate problem solving strategies around these
  • Provides an objective measure of a organisation's capacity in the Eight Pillars of Organisational Health
  • Can be used to measure pre and post program to assess the effectiveness of the program and determine future training and development needs

 Linking Skills Profile (LSP)

 
Exclusive interviews with teams and team leaders throughout the world have highlighted common skills, which are essential to effectively integrate the work of individuals, teams and organisations. These skills are made up of People Linking Skills, Task Linking Skills and Leadership Linking Skills. The Linking Skills Profile is an individual 360-degree feedback instrument that explores the extent to which an individual should and does demonstrate these key activities and behaviours.
 

Strategic Team Development Profile (STDP)

 
The Strategic Team Development Profile uses the High-Energy Teams Model to address eight fundamental areas that all teams need to resolve, in order to perform effectively.
 

Team Performance Profile (TPP)

The Team Performance Profile is a multi-rater instrument that provides a 360-degree view of how well the team is performing in terms of the nine critical work functions. It provides teams with a mini audit showing where the team’s strengths and weaknesses lie.
