Healthy Culture 

From an organisational perspective, "Culture" refers to "How we do things". It's the unsaid and assumed behavioural tendencies that create team and organisational outcomes.
True North Learning’s Healthy Culture programs are designed and delivered with the purpose of creating more efficient, effective and productive team cultures. They align individual, team and organisational behaviours to those required to generate Organisational Health.
A Healthy Culture supports teams and individuals in the adoption of behaviours and skills that align to the mission, values and purpose of the organisation. True North Learning's Healthy Culture Programs identify performance gaps within the Eight Pillars of Organisational Health. We work with our clients to facilitate team member buy-in, skill development and implementation plans in order to build a high performance culture which supports Organisational Health.
A successful Cultural development program requires an emotional transformation as well as a rational
justification. Experiential Learning methodologies are proven to be the most effective way of connecting both the rational and emotional drivers of change and align with the Behavioural Sciences approach that is driving Behavioural Sciences evolution that is driving excellence in business today.

These modules are all based on True North Learning’s philosophy of Organisational Health. We use the Eight Pillars of Organisational Health system to measure performance gaps and design training and development programs around these.
