Corporate Health

The transition and change process can be demanding enough. But the probability of a change initiative being successful drastically reduces if the health, vitality and well-being of the individuals involved in the process are not optimal. This is because a team member with reduced health and vitality is less likely to be able to handle the rigorous emotional and mental demands that a transition and change process requires. Additionally, individual health and well-being is one of the Pillars of Organisation Health which supports organisational efficiency and performance.

How it works:

True North Learning uses highly qualified and experienced health practitioners to support team members in improving their health, vitality and well-being. This not only builds their capability to be part of a successful transition program, but also generates greater loyalty, engagement and motivation. We also work with leaders and other key organisational personnel to create a culture, processes and frameworks which supports and values the health and well-being of team members.

What the module delivers:

In the Corporate Health module organisations and individuals will be supported so that:

  • The health, vitality and well-being of individuals does not impair their ability to effectively take up their
organisational role as part of a transition program
  • Team members are able to support their colleagues in their health and well-being goals
  • There is a culture of vitality and well-being within the organisation
  • The organisation has formal structures in place to support the health and well-being of team members
  • Personal health, vitality and well-being is viewed as a vital component of organisational effectiveness

This module is based on True North Learning’s philosophy of Organisational Health. We use the Eight Pillars of Organisational Health system to measure performance gaps and design training and development programs around these.
